Botto1

Botto1 is a discord chat and command bot that I created using the Discord.js module of the Node.Js library. This bot responds when it's addressed in chat, alerts when server rules are broken, and completes a variety of commands from randomly selecting a game to reporting its ping.

Information Technology Analyst Intern

SSM Health Hospital - Oklahoma City, OK

May 2023 - Present

  • Troubleshooted hospital support tickets efficiently, resulting in an 16% average decrease in the time taken to clear a day’s list of tickets.
  • Used knowledge of hardware repair to replace working displays, hard drives, batteries, etc. from no longer functioning devices and inputted them in non-functioning devices who could be revived with various parts. In doing this I cut down the number of laptops, desktops. being discarded down from 27 total to 12.

Academic Tutor

HeyTutor - Hybrid

March 2022 - May 2022

  • Tutored private schools students who were academically behind, with a group average of 68.4% and brought their grade up to a group average of 81.2%. These students were also at risk of failing their state standardized test, however, by the end of our sessions they all had met the standard level with some receiving mastery level.
  • Tutored AP level physics and calculus students in preparation for their AP exams. Of the 8 students I tutored: 2 students scored a 5 and 3 students scored a 4.
